Custom-Made Products
All custom sportswear products including jerseys, uniforms, hoodies, tracksuits, and teamwear are manufactured according to customer requirements such as size, colors, logos, names, and designs. Therefore, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a mistake from our side.
Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
We provide replacement or refund only in the following situations:
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect size sent by our team
- Printing or customization different from approved design
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings
- Change of mind after production has started
- Shipping delays caused by courier companies or customs
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 5 business days after delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Brief explanation of the problem
Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
